    Im Rahmen einer ausführlichen Untersuchung klären wir:

    • Liegt bei Dir eine Rektusdiastase vor?
    • Wie groß ist sie?
    • Ist das Little Core Programm für Dich geeignet?

    Der Core-Check beinhaltet eine ausführliche Untersuchung Deiner Bauchwand sowie die Messung einer eventuell vorhandenen Rektusdiastase. Mit Deinem Einverständnis erstellen wir außerdem eine Fotodokumentation, um den Befund festzuhalten. Anschließend erhältst Du eine persönliche Beratung und erfährst, welche nächsten Schritte für Dich sinnvoll sein können.

    So läuft die Buchung ab

    Du buchst Deinen Core-Check ganz einfach online. Im Anschluss meldet sich unser Team aus der Praxis für Physiotherapie Luisa Vornbrock bei Dir, um gemeinsam einen passenden Termin für Deine Untersuchung abzustimmen.

    Der Core-Check wird von unserer zertifizierten Physiotherapeutin Annelen durchgeführt.

    So erhältst Du eine individuelle Einschätzung Deiner Körpermitte und kannst anschließend ganz in Ruhe entscheiden, ob das Little Core Programm der richtige nächste Schritt für Dich ist.

    Your order is not intended for yourself but as a gift? Then choose the gift packaging here and we will lovingly wrap your gift for you for a small additional charge of €1.50.

    Matching wrapping paper & ribbon, as well as a card.

    For 'Gender', select male or female so that we can put together a suitable gift packaging.

    SHIPPING | COLLECTION

    SHIPPING TERMS
    There is a flat shipping fee of €4.90 for your orders within Germany. Pure voucher and card shipments are excluded from the flat rate. There are shipping costs of €1.90 for this. For orders over €120, shipping costs are reduced to a flat rate of €3.90. For very large orders with bulky goods, the shipping costs may also vary and amount to a maximum of €14.90.

    Please note: If your order is a mixed order of greeting cards and other products, the shipping costs (of €4.90 and €1.90) will be automatically added at checkout. Of course, once we receive your order, we will automatically refund you the double shipping costs of €1.90, so that your shipping fee is a maximum of €4.90.

    DELIVERY TIMES
    We do our best to pack and ship your (available) orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders that you place on weekends or on public holidays will be sent to you directly on the following working day. Delivery is via DHL - the regular delivery time from handover is 2-3 working days.

    DELIVERIES OUTSIDE GERMANY
    We also send your Little One packages - outside of Germany - within the EU, to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria .

    Please note that we charge a flat shipping fee of €14.90 for this. The delivery time to other EU countries is a maximum of 12 working days.

    You are also welcome to pick up your order in person at our concept store in Dorsten ( Plaggenbahn 50a | 46282 Dorsten ) . Either during our regular opening hours
