Are you pregnant & expecting your (first) little miracle?
With our modern course concept , we offer you and your birth companion a hypnobirthing course for gentle birth preparation. Go into a relaxed, positive & natural birth strengthened.
Although the focus of hypnobirthing is on mental preparation for birth , there is also enough space in our course units for information about birth and birth preparation, including topics such as pelvic floor and nutrition.
Learn breathing techniques, relaxation exercises and other techniques that will optimally prepare you for the birth, use the exchange in the group and also receive useful information about your pregnancy and birth.
FACTS:
- A total of 4 course units* (optionally, your birth companion can also accompany you to the first and fourth course units)
- 1x weekly/150 minutes
- including course materials & relaxation exercises as an audio file for private use
- Small groups with a maximum of 6 pregnant women (individual courses possible, please contact us directly)
- for first-time mothers and experienced mothers
*optionally you can decide during the course whether you would like to book a 5th unit as a follow-up after the birth including a review, exchange and lesson learned

Unfortunately, participation in the course is not possible for people who suffer from epilepsy or mental disorders.

SHIPPING TERMS
There is a flat shipping fee of €4.90 for your orders within Germany. Pure voucher and card shipments are excluded from the flat rate. There are shipping costs of €1.90 for this. For orders over €120, shipping costs are reduced to a flat rate of €3.90. For very large orders with bulky goods, the shipping costs may also vary and amount to a maximum of €14.90.
Please note: If your order is a mixed order of greeting cards and other products, the shipping costs (of €4.90 and €1.90) will be automatically added at checkout. Of course, once we receive your order, we will automatically refund you the double shipping costs of €1.90, so that your shipping fee is a maximum of €4.90.
DELIVERY TIMES
We do our best to pack and ship your (available) orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders that you place on weekends or on public holidays will be sent to you directly on the following working day. Delivery is via DHL - the regular delivery time from handover is 2-3 working days.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE GERMANY
We also send your Little One packages - outside of Germany - within the EU, to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria .
Please note that we charge a flat shipping fee of €14.90 for this. The delivery time to other EU countries is a maximum of 12 working days.

You are also welcome to pick up your order in person at our concept store in Dorsten ( Plaggenbahn 50a | 46282 Dorsten ) . Either during our regular opening hours
TUE 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM
THU 1:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m
FRI 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
or by appointment from Monday to Friday.
