With the help of targeted exercises, we work on the balance between body, soul and spirit during the course units - the focus is on relaxation, meditation and breathing.

Prenatal yoga can help make everyday life easier during pregnancy, minimize typical pregnancy symptoms, allay fears and can also have a positive effect on the birth and the birth process as part of birth preparation.

Enjoy these very special weeks before the birth of your miracle, recharge your batteries and be careful with yourself and your growing baby bump.

During prenatal yoga, we pay individual attention to your needs, because every pregnancy is different and brings with it different small and larger challenges. If you have not practiced yoga before pregnancy, we recommend that you only start after the 12th week of pregnancy.

  • Gain strength for the exciting time of pregnancy
  • Improve your breathing (especially in view of the upcoming birth)
  • Learn to listen to yourself & your body and strengthen your self-confidence
  • Experience gentle endurance training for body, mind and soul

FACTS:

  • A total of either 5 or 8 course units (as a points card that can be used individually in a total time window of 8 or 13 weeks)
  • 1x weekly/1 hour (You can decide weekly whether you want to take part in the course unit or only continue the following week. A refundable cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the course unit.)
  • Small groups with a maximum of 8 pregnant women

SHIPPING | COLLECTION

SHIPPING TERMS
There is a flat shipping fee of €4.90 for your orders within Germany. Pure voucher and card shipments are excluded from the flat rate. There are shipping costs of €1.90 for this. For orders over €120, shipping costs are reduced to a flat rate of €3.90. For very large orders with bulky goods, the shipping costs may also vary and amount to a maximum of €14.90.

Please note: If your order is a mixed order of greeting cards and other products, the shipping costs (of €4.90 and €1.90) will be automatically added at checkout. Of course, once we receive your order, we will automatically refund you the double shipping costs of €1.90, so that your shipping fee is a maximum of €4.90.

DELIVERY TIMES
We do our best to pack and ship your (available) orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders that you place on weekends or on public holidays will be sent to you directly on the following working day. Delivery is via DHL - the regular delivery time from handover is 2-3 working days.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE GERMANY
We also send your Little One packages - outside of Germany - within the EU, to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria .

Please note that we charge a flat shipping fee of €14.90 for this. The delivery time to other EU countries is a maximum of 12 working days.

You are also welcome to pick up your order in person at our concept store in Dorsten ( Plaggenbahn 50a | 46282 Dorsten ) . Either during our regular opening hours
